Innovative new products and acclaimed hygienic design.
At present, we are enthusiastically working on our final preparations for IFFA 2019, so that we can give our visitors an unforgettable experience at the fair. Exhibits from our entire family of machines will be on display, as well as a few special trade fair highlights.
Since it was founded 139 years ago, our family-run company has pursued the same vision: to build machines that process food even better, with more precision, efficiency, and hygiene than ever before. As well as improving performance and longevity, we have recently dedicated ourselves to the idea of hygienic design – down to the finest detail. Why, you ask? Because if a machine is easy to clean in a single process, users can save valuable time and money that would otherwise be spent on cleaning. Day in, day out. And that’s without mentioning the increased shelf life of the food products, and the ability to satisfy even the most stringent customer and market requirements.
50% more output.
Autopilot boosts grinder efficiency.
Decrease cleaning time and costs – this is the motto of the WWB 200 Plus and WWB 300 Plus angle grinders that we will be presenting at IFFA 2019. Our new, hygienic-design grinders can be cleaned in only a few moves: when the workspace is cleaned, the cleaning lance is introduced at the intake port and hot water is flushed into the interior. The waste water drains away effortlessly thanks to the 150 mm ground clearance. The intelligent system control with optimised hourly output via the autopilot increases output by up to 50% on average. A new, standardised operating panel makes the grinders easier to control.
Consistently high product quality.
Boiled sausage line is the trade fair highlight.
The improved grinders perform impressively both as a standalone solution or as part of a production line for boiled sausage, increasing output even further while ensuring consistently high product quality. Particularly in the food sector, consumers are getting more and more demanding, regulatory requirements are getting more and more stringent, and the pressure for lower cost and higher quality is getting more and more intense. Our production lines combine robust, high-performance machines with innovative control technology. Sophisticated technology allows operators to enjoy the simple and central control system via LMS Cockpit.
Perfection in every detail.
The world’s first grinder with HDW certification.
We have become the first company in the world to obtain certification under the Hygienic Design Weihenstephan standard for our WWR 200 grinder, which will also be on display at IFFA 2019. This certificate evaluates the degree of implementation of hygienic design requirements of an entire plant in accordance with the EU Machinery Directive and all other current and relevant standards. As a result, we are once again delivering on our company promise: food processing to perfection.
