Also this year the interest in the products and innovations shown at the in-house exhibition was great. A minced meat line and a cooked sausage line, each with vacuum fillers from REX-Technologie, were presented - live in our line competence center in Traun.
The visitors of this year's in-house exhibition were able to watch the live demonstration of a minced meat line with enthusiasm. The guests could see live how flexibly minced meat as well as burger patties are produced on a LASKA line and portioned with REX machines. Furthermore, a complete cooked sausage line with the new ultra-fine mincer FZ 225-H and a filling machine from REX-Technologie was presented. All participants could then taste delicious burgers from A. Riepl and end the day with refreshments.
