LASKA at Anuga FoodTec 2024

Food Processing in Perfection. Hall 6, Booth D020-E029.

More than a exhibition stand.

It's not just the current machine portfolio that will be a highlight for all visitors in 2024, it's also the LASKA stand itself. The over 6m high stand building with its cosy bar is more of a place where people like to meet than a normal exhibition area .

The production line on display is designed for the fully automatic production of fine meat. Blocks of frozen meat are pre-shredded and the pieces are then transported directly into a mixing machine with a completely newly developed mixing and unloading concept and a volume of 1,500 liters.

An analysis device with X-ray technology integrated at the beginning of the line checks the materials and constantly monitors the fat, water and protein content. This ensures that recipes are followed precisely and consistent product quality is guaranteed.

After homogenization, it is conveyed via a bunker into the latest generation of emulsifiers and the desired fine meat is produced, which is then pumped into a filler. These LASKA NanoCutters have been fundamentally revised with a focus on hygiene and serviceability and, thanks to their patented and award-winning cutting system, also reduce wear and therefore costs.
