Purchase of a 30,000 m² industrial site at Traun near Linz and the building of a completely new 8.000 m² production works. This works development was a path-breaking achievement far ahead of its time, set in the midst of a fine green landscape it remains today a textbook example of a modern, carefully planned and generously dimensioned industrial development – and this in terms of both its fine architecture and outstanding functionality.
